I found a news talking about Perbadanan Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia (PR1MA) houses will be kept affordable though the houses are built using the Japanese advanced pre-fabricated technology. This is a cool design idea to apply in affordable house.

Great research. Very enlightening and encouraging to know the initiatives from the government. The next step in your work is to analysis these strategies and see how sustainable are they. Not only that, your analysis should also cover the design aspect of some of these strategies; and although not all the research here is linked to interior design or architecture, your analysis should be from a design perspective. This is an opportunity for you to input your observations and criticism of the strategies and ideas here; and this will form the basis of your own suggestions and improvements.
